		David A. Posthuma, HollandChess.com President David Posthuma is the original founder of the Holland Chess Club and provides organizational leadership, vision, and overall management of the organization. David Posthuma is an educator, entrepreneur and business owner of E-Church Essentials and AssessME.org. His son, Joshua Posthuma, is an active tournament competitor and is in listed in the top 25 scholastic players in West Michigan.
		Tamara D. Posthuma, HollandChess.com Secretary & Treasurer Tamara is a founding sponsor of the Holland Chess Club, where she currently serves as Administrator and Assistant Coach for the "beginners". Tamara is a corporate training professional, and has served in technical writing and corporate training roles at Prince Corporation, Johnson Controls International, and Haworth Inc.
		Tony Palmer, Vice-President, HollandChess.com Chess Expert & Lead Instructor Tony Palmer is one of the Lakeshore’s leading Chess Experts. He writes articles for WestMichiganChess.com, provides private chess lessons, and coaches the advanced players for Holland Chess Club. Professionally, Tony is an Internist-Physician with Lakeside Healthcare Specialists. Tony's Junior students are rated among the top Juniors in Michigan.
		Derrick Baker, Vice-President, HollandChess.com Lead Instructor Derrick Baker is the founding coach of the Holland Chess Club; he started the club with David and Tamara Posthuma in October of 2005. Derrick's passions are chess, hunting, and politics. Derrick serves at Applied Industrial Technologies as a Service Center Manager.
		Andy Catlin, Communication Specialist & HollandChess.com Assistant Instructor Andy Catlin is the founder of WestMichiganChess.com. Through WestMichiganChess.com, Andy provides an outstanding communication platform to help us spread the word of the great opportunities offered by HollandChess.com. Professionally, Andy Catlin is the creator/owner of Ottawa Interactive Reporting, a web-based software solution.
		Mark Servinsky , HollandChess.com Assistant Instructor Mark Servinsky is president of Servinsky Engineering in Holland, MI. Mark has been playing chess most of his life, and actively competes in major chess tournaments in Michigan. Mark particularly likes to instruct elementary beginner chess players. Mark is a dynamic instructor who values investing into the emerging generations.
		John Schremser, HollandChess.com Parent Liaison (1-year term) John is a small business owner and the father of one of our leading junior chess players and tournament competitors. John provides our board with valuable insights that only a parent recipient of our services can provide.
